THE LODGE AT RANDWICK" is a beautifully restored & renovated small early 20th Century Federation Guesthouse with a charm more befitting a family home!
Our Guests are mainly international travellers, students, local professionals and interstate visitors. The house is very quiet and all our guests are friendly but respect the privacy of other residents. (Regret that our Lodge is unsuitable for children).
The Lodge is conveniently situated in the street behind Randwick's neighbourhood Shopping Centre with an array of cafes, banks, supermarkets and speciality shops within the precinct. Both the University of NSW & POW Hospital are only a short 5 minute walk away!
Randwick Junction is a major bus transport link to the City Rail network at Bondi Junction & the large shopping Plaza. Buses also service the CBD, Central Station, suburbs and coastal beaches. Transit time to most areas is usually only about 15 minutes!
Randwick is an old historic suburb with many remaining gracious period homes just out of the City area and is within walking distance to Coogee & Bondi beaches, Royal Randwick Racecourse, Centennial Park, Sydney Cricket Ground and Fox Studios.
The house is exceptional clean, quiet and very secure with individual digital locks fitted to each accommodation room.
Common areas including Kitchen, Washrooms and Laundry are cleaned thoroughly twice each week.
All rooms are fully furnished with quality beds & linen, television, microwave, bar fridge, crockery, cutlery and some cooking utensils. Each room has its own sink, study desk and chair. There is ample cupboard and wardrobe space.
Fresh towels are supplied & beds remade weekly. Internet facilities are available for a nominal fee.
The rear paved courtyard is very peaceful and is screened by a superb Mango Tree and features a waterfall and BBQ and dining facilities.

Our Minimum stay is ONE MONTH with a refundable two week's Security Deposit. There is no maximum length of stay period but three week's notice is required TO VACATE for stays longer than one month.
