Hi we are working professional couple and due to our current housemate recently moving intersate for work commitments we are now looking for a flatmate to share our Modern 2 Bed apartment located in Randwick.
The unit is conveniently located with great bus routes to the city and surrounding areas and a 15 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within short walking distance. The unit has:
- 2 bedrooms and 1 large recently furnished bathroom

- Modern fitout with HD TV and Foxtel
- Wirelss Internet
- Washing Machine
- Dishwasher
- On site parking
Rent is $250 a week which includes Foxtel and Internet. Electricity bill is split on a quarterly basis.
Our ideal housmate is clean and tidy, sociable but also respects the privacy of others. We are ideally looking for a professional or mature student who is sociable, clean but respects the privacy of others.
